Terms & conditions

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we've agreed the date, time and address with you by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email. Website prices are a guide. We'll confirm your price before we start.

Prices & inspection

Prices are for vehicles in normal condition. Heavy pet hair, mould, sand, stains or extra-dirty vehicles take more time, so we'll inspect the car and agree any change in price with you before starting. Caravan and truck washes are priced by size.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, after you've checked the vehicle. We accept cash or card.

Changes & cancellations

If you need to move or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking so we can offer the time to someone else.

Weather

If rain or bad weather stops us working, we'll contact you to move your booking to the next suitable day at no cost.

Access, water & power

Please make sure we can safely access the vehicle and have room to work. Tell us when you book if there's no outdoor tap or power point nearby.

Your belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items before we start. We take care with anything left in the vehicle but can't be responsible for loose items.

Vehicle condition

We'll point out any existing damage (such as scratches, chips or faded trims) before we start. Detailing can't fix existing damage, and some marks may not come out completely.

Insurance

We hold public liability insurance. If you have a concern about our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the job and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
